Will is responsible for the firm’s asset management and oversees the portfolio's performance and overall operation. Will actively sources, underwrites, and negotiates prospective acquisitions and develops and implements business plans for new and existing assets. During his tenure, will has led value creation through asset repositioning, overseen construction management, and facilitated hundreds of successful lease transactions.

Will earned his BA in integrated marketing and communications from Ithaca College and a MS in Real Estate with a concentration in finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
