Jim is the managing partner of Brent Mako, a vertically integrated owner operator and developer of light industrial and retail real estate assets. During his career, Jim has served as general contractor, developer, and sponsor on a number of commercial real estate investment projects, overseeing ground-up development, asset repositing/redevelopment, leasing, and management of these assets.

With over 50 years of experience in the industry, Jim possess unparalleled knowledge and context on the Long Island Industrial Real Estate sector and has built long term  friendships within the local brokerage, capital markets, construction, and business community.

Jim earned a degree in civil engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
